I would recommend it for sure.
Ballyvaughan
Situated in Newtown, 5 minutes’ drive from Ballyvaughan and Galway Bay, The Waters Country House boasts over 40 acres of farmland at the foot of the Burren Hills. Ailwee Cave, also featuring an underground river and a waterfall, is only 3km from the property. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the Granny Flat too. Both Wolfgang and Maria were lovely hosts. I'm definitely thinking of going back either later this year or in May of next year.
Donegal

This recently renovated holiday home is located 8.1 km from Puxley Mansion and 20 km from Hungry Hill. The holiday home features family rooms. One of the best accommodations we ever had. Very friendly and attentive hosts, beautifully furnished cottage and very clean. We were greeted with bread, honey, milk, eggs, butter and muffins :) The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by greenery. The three alpacas delight every day. Thank you for the wonderful time. We will come again :)

Also, Sheelagh was very welcoming and when we asked to stay a bit longer in her house than check out time, she agreed and even offered extra coffee. Very nice stay, highly recommended!
Westport

Lovely cottage in a charming location

A wonderful glamping site. The hut was cosy and warm and the site is beautifully decorated. The hot tub and pizza oven was a lovely touch. The staff couldn’t have been nicer as well and were very attentive. Would highly recommend. Really enjoyed our time here Tip: turn the heat off when you go to bed. The cabin gets v warm!
A charming and comfortable cottage in a peaceful location. Great base for exploring the surrounding area in beautiful Donegal. Spacious with comfortable beds, a cosy fire, and the added treat of the hot tub. The most welcoming of hosts who manage to strike the perfect balance of being attentive if needed but also allow you space to enjoy your holiday. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.
Phillip & Bernadette were lovely and far exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy and comfortable and the cottage itself was charming. Breakfast was delicious in the morning and Phillip gave us wonderful recommendations for our excursions the next day. The cottage was only a short walk into the town.
Everything! The cottage was beautiful. The hosts were great. Provided us with local recommendations and left us (and our dog) a small treat on arrival. The location is gorgeous. Some lovely drives and walks around. The hot tub is amazing! There's a log fire which makes the cottage nice and cosy and everything you need to cook. A proper home away from home.
Eva Lodge was a lovely little cosy cottage with everything you could need. The hosts very kindly left us croissants with jam and butter which were devoured! The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We visited in Winter and it was very warm inside.
Our stay at Cosy Room in a Stone Cottage was simply amazing. The accommodation itself was beautiful and spotless. It’s surrounded by beautiful Irish countryside and is a stone throw away from Galway city centre. Ronnie was so kind and attentive to our every needs; and made us feel at home from the moment we stepped inside. He gave us all the local tips a tourist could wish for. We can’t recommend our stay here enough.
The location is perfect. Plenty to do in the area. A hidden Gem in the heart of West Cork. Loved the hot tub, definitely makes the stay extra special. Even on a winters night away this place would be fab. Boasting a beautiful wooden stove, cosy atmosphere and romantic setting. Truly a cupids cottage and lives up to the name. Would highly recommend.
