I'd easily rate it 10/10. The house is very spacious, with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities outside. The big living room downstairs had a huge smart TV, and by the way, the place had surprisingly fast WiFi internet. Upstairs, we had 4 comfy rooms, which were more than enough for the 5 of us, but this place would easily accommodate 8-10 people. There are 2 large balconies (maybe it’s even better to call them terraces) with incredible mountain view. Overall, the house design is very cozy and functional at the same time. Don't forget to explore the hidden gem in the area—a kind of mountain river backwater, plus multiple waterfalls of various sizes. The host, Zaza, was extremely friendly and welcoming. Thank you guys, it was a really great weekend getaway!

The accommodation offers a fireplace. This beautiful wooden house was on a mountain slope North of batumi. It was beuatifully quiet there. Surrounded by nature with an amazing view of the Sea, it was the perfect arrival destination for a roadtrip through Georgia. The key handover was uncomplicated. Because the place is not easy to find on Google navigation, the host sent very detailed and helpful instructions for how to get there and was on standby for calls, in case you miss an exit. While somewhat off the beaten path, this place was sooo wonderful, it is defeinitely worth it. We will return!
