We had a lovely BBQ which Jayne gave to us to cook on, she was a very welcoming and friendly host.

Location for Alton towers was excellent. The studio was cosy, but ample space for a family of four. All the basic kitchen items were available which made it easy to make simple meals. Great communication from the host leading up to us arriving - we arrived in the evening, and they accommodated that late arrival.

Perfect for us. We were 5 minutes from family, so it was very easy to navigate.

The 4-star holiday home is 31 km from Buxton Opera House. The holiday home features family rooms. Lovely cottage at Waterhouses, in a good position for visiting the peak district. Will come back in Summer for cycling and hiking. The cottage is well equipped with a separate kitchen. Very friendly hosts who gave us the keys in person despite our late arrival. Thank you for the nice stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Woodleighton Cottages. From the welcome pack which greeted us on our arrival to the checking in from Rachel over the duration of our stay to see if everything was okay or whether we needed anything or help with anything. It was truly a 1st Class service and most definitely a 5 star accommodation. The Cottages are a short distance to the race course or to the town centre. We will definitely be returning and will be recommending Woodleighton to our family and friends .

An idyllic setting to a well appointed hotel. Large rooms (Stone Cottage) and comfy beds. Breakfast served in the main building with a relative large choice, all freshly prepared. The lake and the environs are magnificent.

The self catering cottage was perfect for my family- we found it very comfortable, warm and cosy. We all slept so well!! The kitchen has everything we needed and wasn’t stingey on plates and cutlery! I was delighted to find washing powder for the washing machine 😊. We all loved the pool and other activities- it was great for my kids.
A delightful charming cottage located in an historic village. The sounding countryside was stunning and good walking country. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. The additional bits and pieces, spice rack condiments etc. were appreciated The complimentary package of biscuits was a bonus. We contacted the owner who was extremely helpful and provided photos of a local walks she recommended. We really enjoyed our stay Thank you
Totally exceeded our expectations. The bed was EXTREMELY comfy (they’ve clearly listened to the reviews and acted on previous reviews as the bed was absolutely gorgeous) and the views are to die for. Gorgeous hot tub made for an amazing romantic stay, in the middle of the beautiful countryside. Totally peaceful - just you and the birdies and an occasional sheep. Staff left us alone to enjoy our stay but we knew where to find them if we needed anything. Safe and secure parking, clean shower and kitchen area … absolute paradise. Thank you.
The cabin was so cosy and super warm with the log burner! The hot tub is so lovely positioned towards the open fields so at night you can see all stars and full moon. The hut was easy to find, clean, well kept and felt so private even though it’s situated close to the other cottages. The hut is in a great location with lovely walks all around and superb landscape views from the top of the Roaches. Such a great few days we throughly enjoyed it and would happily visit again!
