Garreg Gron is a magical cottage in a picture postcard setting. Whether you want a quiet retreat, or a base to explore the National Park and the Llŷn Peninsula, you won't find a more idyllic place to stay. The cosy interior is beautifully designed with charming features and quirky touches that make this feel more like a home than a holiday cottage. The garden is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast, or relax in the evening surrounded by beautiful countryside and birdsong. Wonderful!
Fabulous location. Forest lodge was very up to date with twin showers. Beautiful and clean with fabulous hot tub that was maintained to a high standard. Would def go back it was so tranquil and the restaurant food of of a very high standard

Very cosy house with a lovely cottage vibe with a fireplace. Good communication from the host, comfortable beds and the place was super clean. There was even a bottle of milk in the fridge which was very thoughtful as we were dying for a cup of tea when we arrived! We had a great stay and we would definitely recommend!
Location was perfect for us, we enjoyed the walk to the beach, although we did get very muddy on the way! To be expected in a rainy February, Haha! Lovely cottage with a charming family history that our family greatly enjoyed to use as a holiday home. We made use of the local pub where the food is superb! The children greatly enjoyed the added bonus of games, toys and books made available for the stay. We visited Abersoch, Black Rock Sands, Towyn beach and Cricceith Castle during our stay.
Great quiet location for exploring the area by car. Cottage is immaculate and very comfortable and cosy. Kitchen was stocked up with everything you could need even TV tray tables which were handy! Smart Tv so could sign into Netflix etc. Hot tub was great, very nice secluded outdoor area. Hosts were very friendly and leaving a few things like milk and Prosecco in the fridge was a nice touch to make us feel welcome. Hosts were especially kind in being very understanding of us taking a bit longer to check out as we had our newborn son with us!
For a winter break, it can be very important that the property is like, and I can very highly recommend this cottage for a winter break because it is CLEAN, BRIGHT, WARM and DRY!. It is also in a charming location on a heritage harbour, and very well kitted out, and comes with good instructions on how to find it, deal with keys, work the cooker and excellent central heating and all the rest of it.
A very cosy, charming cottage. Tea and milk available for our arrival.
