There is dining space for up to 5 people. Beautiful, well kept house with an amazing hot tub. Loved that they had a large garden for my little one to play in. The owner was fabulous too, super accommodating and friendly. The location was good and nearby to the beach and Welsh mountain zoo. I can't recommend it enough!

Rooms at Ffarm Country House are elegant and traditionally furnished, and each benefits from a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom with bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. Some rooms are ideally catered for families and there is a luxury ground floor room for guests with mobility issues. Everything was wonderful. Staff excellent Food wonderful Room large also bathroom

On the edge of Rowen, one of the Conwy Valley's most delightful villages, the Tir y Coed is within the boundaries of the Snowdonia National Park. The far-reaching views from Rowen extend to the magnificent mountains beyond. The medieval walled town of Conwy is just 4 miles away, as is the coast. Our host Sandra was very friendly and helpful, and made us immediately feel at home. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bed was top. We enjoyed a great breakfast with a view on the garden and birds. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet, and you can park your car close to the entrance.
