It is in a perfect location for the town and it's probably the best equipped and most comfortable self catering property we have been to. One piece of advice to renters, who will probably be using a car. You have to park two or three minutes walk away; Floriane the owner suggests where but it's worth allowing a little time to sus out the parking places when you arrive in the town.

It’s in a beautiful location and the site is very sympathetically laid out in the surroundings. Beautifully maintained site. The reception staff are lovely, smiling, welcoming and helpful. My little cabin was perfect, like a wooden tent really, very cosy. The linen provided was immaculate, perfectly clean and ironed. Breakfast is copious, if you want, it was a shame I never manage to eat much for breakfast…
We really liked this place! It's in the middle of the countryside, with beautiful and quiet surroundings. Our host was friendly and had everything prepared for us when we arrived. The room is very cozy and warm, with plenty of space and great lightings. Special mention to the cute dog and cat!
The atmosphere in this cozy studio is nice and warm. Very small but very intimate and romantic. The position is close to everything.
I rarley give a 10 but this wonderful spot exceeded our expectations and lovely Vivianne was absolutley charming. If you are looking for rel french hospitality, in a beautifully restored house, larhe airy room, a lovely garden to sit outside, and a wonderful breakfast, then this is the place for you. Parking is simple, as is locating the house. It is an easy walk to restaurants, the chateau, and the canal.
The whole property is very charming. We had a very lovely room, very clean and very cozy with a beautiful bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, very good value. The couple who manage the property are very nice and helpful.

Although it is just two minutes away from Sarzeau by car, the place is surrounded by nature so it seems like staying in the middle of beautiful France's coastal countryside. Pascal and Marie-Christine are a charming couple that were very attentive to solve all my needs. The optional breakfast is fresh and delicious, with many local delicacies. I even got a crêpe, perfectly cooked by Pascal, served with confiture de lait made by Marie-Christine.
This was a self catering gîte deep in the countryside. It’s a beautiful gîte really well furnished and appointed and really comfortable. The owners are really friendly and supportive and we’re were greeted with a home made pudding and a bottle of apple juice in the fridge!
The cottage character and property history is interesting and charming, and the conversion to accommodation has been well thought out. Lovely well-maintained grounds, pool was brilliant and super views of the countryside from the top of the garden. Only 2-5 mins drive from the nearest village of Guegon or historic Josselin. Just a 10 min walk to Brest-Nantes canal tow path!
