So bring supplies if you want to eat in. But there are good restaurants within a few minutes walk. The host Emilie was very helpful and replied quickly to our questions.

Lavender lines the walkway to the room, and it smells wonderful! These were the most comfortable beds we have slept in on our 2 week trip. Breakfast was wonderful, especially the homemade jams, and if we are in this area again, we'll will surely stay here again!

Close to apartment is tasty boulangerie .Place is perfect for holiday with children since they can enjoy sea & beach. In the neighborhood are charming villages and cities to visit: Caen, Bayeux, Cherbourg (Maritime museum is a must see), Omaha beach and D-Day museums, Lighthouse “ Le Phare de Gatteville” . When being there you should have a dinner at “Le Goèland “restaurant next to sea.Mont Saint- Michel is close by and Giverny Monet’s garden is ~1,5/2 hrs by auto.
