The private terrace is wonderful to sit outside and have a glass of wine or diner. Maxime, the host is very relaxed and welcoming, very helpful. For me personally it could not have been any better. I have enjoyed every minute and certain to go back again.

Really nice staff who fixed my booking error with no additional cost. Small bungalow for 5 people in a very nice setting. We would have loved to have had dinner in the charming restaurant, but arrived a little late.
Everything. It was such a special stay. Jean-jacqued and Lu are so lovely and the place so charming. We were in an authentic rural area. So peaceful, relaxing and pleasant. We could play with the children directly outside, no traffic, just garden, tidy grass and a lovely cat :) The house was cozy and spacious and the location in perfect to experience a real Dordogne experience, close to touristic places as well as nice lakes and parks such as the neufont lake or the Jacquou park. A gorgeous, recently restored guesthouse in the heart of the Bordeaux countryside. Clean and modern bedroom and bathroom. Quiet swimming pool overlooking the vineyard. Healthy, tasty breakfast options. Really friendly and helpful owners. Good location for visiting local villages and vineyards.

The appartment is in a nicely restored stone-build cottage, situated at a quite busy cross-road. It consists simply of a large living-room-bedroom and is not equipped with any kitchen facilities. No sofa, no comfy corner to sit or read, no reading light, no candles, no cushions or any element to make a bare room cosy.
A lovely country house, beautifully restored. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. As it was November, we didn’t use the garden and pool, but they too looked great for warmer weather. Above all, our hosts, Lily and David were charming, helpful and very welcoming. Breakfast was generous and varied…. all in all a fabulous stay.

La Vignerie enjoys a peaceful rural setting with panoramic views of the stunning perigord countryside. Our hosts could not have been more charming, friendly and welcoming, nor could our rooms, in this beautifully-restored farm house, have been more comfortable and stylish with every detail carefully attended to. We especially loved the comfy beds and the delicious French breakfast served in a shady spot on the terrace - a perfect beginning to our holiday in France.
