A particular surprise was that the house is located in a unique historic town. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the castle, which belonged to the royal family until 2014, is located close to the house. It's a 12-minute walk to the castle, passing by unique thatched-roof houses along an incredibly beautiful street. We travel a lot, and this house deserves a solid 10 or higher rating. We took photos of every detail of the interior in the house. It was pure delight. I don't want to write too much; I'm attaching photos.

We did use the door code and it worked flawless. The property is nicely done with 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom upstairs has a large king sized bed. The one downstairs has a queen sized bed. It worked well for the 3 of us. We visited family and therefore did not use much of the things in the cottage. There is a full sized kitchen with dishwasher, lots of dishes and pots, a grill outside and a nice outside area to sit. While the bathroom is small the shower is very good. Enough towels and linen for the beds were available. The stairs to upstairs are narrow so you need to be a bit careful and aware of it. We did have a problem with the internet code (2 letters in the information sent to us were the wrong way around). This was quickly solved after we called the phone number given to us. Great stay and we would go back.
