This apartment is truly exceptional with a charming balcony view. Finding a place that looks better in reality than it does in the photos is a rare delight, yet this gem does precisely that. We enjoyed our stay with a well-equipped kitchen and the luxurious touch of an infrared sauna and a great coffee maker. The owners have an impeccable eye for detail. Wonderful place for families. The cottage house is cozy, practically equipped and offers pleasant surroundings. Trekking in the woods starts just around the corner. Sipping a morning coffee with panorama views is worth a go!
The place was perfect. The house was emaculate and had everything you could need, hot tub, fireplace, bbq, all appliances, comfortable beds, plenty of room. The position and surroundings were beautiful and private. Could not ask for better place to relax in beautiful countryside.

Our stay at Zeffererhof was delightful! The location is unbeatable—right next to the ski slope, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family. The added bonus of a spa area with an infrared cabin, sauna, and wellness shower was a treat after a day on the slopes. We appreciated the ski storage room and free private parking. Overall, a fantastic experience!
The location is excellent and the facilities were of good quality. Hot tub and Sauna were very well received. Parking was ample for two cars an had excellent wi-fi connectivity. A lovely lodge overall.

We didnt stay in the apartment but in the tiny wooden house next door, which was very nice. Although the house was small, it was super cosy with a fireplace and few horses in front of the entrance. Private sauna few meters from the house was amazing, perfect for relaxing after the skiing.
Cozy and good-furnitured rooms with very hospitable hosts. 10 minutes drive from ski resort Hauser Kaibling. Excellent scenery and mountain landscape. We met New Year outside with all the guests and the owner who grilled meat and made gluhwein. Our room was equipped with romantic electric fireplace.
