Plötzhof is a quirky old home full of character and very well appointed in the kitchen and bathroom without losing any of the old charm. We enjoyed exploring the area especially a trip to the Hallstatt salt mine and the lakes closer to the property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much

We liked the neighborhood too, there was a nice Italian restaurant across the street and a SPAR grocery store very close too. It is a quick walk to the historic center if Salzburg.
