Kimberley was lovely and a perfect location to rest up. The view is incredible, it was lovely just sitting on the veranda and relaxing. The dogs are very well behaved and friendly. Our kids lived on the playset in the garden, so a great location for families.

Comfortable stay on a working farm 4km outside Winterton. Spa bath and shower in a spacious bathroom. The down duvet was a winner in winter. We awoke to bird song in the morning. Facilities include a braai and outside seating with a lovely view.

Exceptional mountain views, cozy cottage with everything you need for self-catering, high-quality pots and pans, comfortable beds with soft linen. So peaceful at night! Awesome stargazing with the added bonus of hearing jackals calling. You're also close to the Royal Natal National Park for day hikes and places of interest. There are a few great restaurants in the area, too. Good wi-fi available in the Cottages. I didn't want to leave.

What an incredibly enjoyable stay! Superb food, huge well-appointed and spacious rooms. Ours had a porch and a bathtub big enough to accommodate both of us. A long soak in the tub was the best tonic after a rigorous hike. There are only 10 rooms in the Lodge, but that leads to an intimate stay where you can converse with fellow travellers in the cozy, fireplace-heated dining room. The bar is on an honour system and provided a large enough selection of beverages. The prix fixe dinners were, without exception, superb.

Breakfast was great. Lots of food and drink options. The cottage we stayed in was large. It had a full kitchen, lounge and bedroom. The bathroom had both bath and shower. There was underfloor heating. Cottage was nice and warm. Tv and Dstv in lounge. Plenty of towels, blankets. Nice bath with bubble bath. Candles and led lights was supplied. Everything was supplied. There was tea and coffee and milk. Really cosy. Value for money. Wonderful hosts. Nice grounds. Really happy with this accommodation.

The self catering cabins are really spacious and give you a feeling like coming home, also due to the fact the dogs and cats come to greet you frequently :) The pool area is super nice to end your day after doing some activities in the Drakensbergen. The bed was very comfortable. Owners are really friendly and quite funny with their communication on site.
