The entire experience from room comfort and cleanliness to the fabulous restaurant food at breakfast and most specially the dinner...exceptional! On our first night we had one of the best meals of our entire 6 week trip throughout South Africa! The manager, Fred, and his staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We were visiting on the last two days of the season, and we loved the property, very private and safe, and the grounds were charming. Well appointed tent and facilities, paid for preheated hot tub which was worth it with the little time we had. Immaculately clean tent, hot tub and braii area, with wood, firefighters and matches provided. Beautiful and should have been peaceful views. Fantastic bird life in the area. Staff couldn’t be more helpful and drove our braii and breakfast box over to the tent for us which were both very scrummy. Plenty of hot water for a lovely shower in the morning. Wish we had been able to get longer than one night.

Cosy, private little cottage with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, including heating for those cold, crisp winter nights. Hannah & Eric were wonderful hosts, very communicative and welcoming throughout our stay.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
It was a lovely cabin. A beautiful view through the bush but just enough to still give the feel of being completely in the bush and secluded. Very peaceful and private. There was all the utensils and kitchen appliances you would need for a comfortable stay as well as a lovely braai over hanging from the balcony. The cabin was so cozy.
The cabin was really nicely decorated. The staff was nice, and the lodge is located really close to Addo Park. Nice breakfast as well! On hot days there’s a pool to cool down!
Fantastic facilities and design. Very relaxing and very good food. Loved the hot tub on the balcony and seeing the wildlife from the veranda. We even saw giraffe’s whilst having breakfast in the main lodge.
The staff and lodge were amazing. Felt taken care off at all times and enjoyed our time. Also loved the fireplace options they had. one felt really cozy and close to nature!
It's a paradise! We got a cottage, very cosy. They booked a safari on our request and that was fantastic. We ate there two days, food is decent not special. Service is great!
Lovely cottage style rooms, which were very cosy, felt like we were staying with old friends. The breakfast was lovely and Ronnie was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area, we arrived late on our first evening and he telephoned the local resteraunt to ensure we didn't miss out. Would love to stay here again.
