I like the view outside. It probably look great if I visited during the month where rice fields are all green. But nevertheless it’s a good location.

First of all, I would like to say that this is not a review but my overall experience living with Mr. Hieu’s family for 3 days.
First of all, upon confirming my stay at Stone Paradise homestay, Mr Hieu sent me a message to thank me for choosing his place and asked me if ever I needed help to travel from Sapa town to his house, I can message him and he will arrange my transportation.
Upon arriving, I wanted to pay for my stay but Mr Hieu told me I can pay whenever I want, there is no need to pay in advance and it was up to me to pay in vnd or usd, whichever is more convenient for me. We sat down, Mr Hieu served me tea and we had a great conversation. Mr Hieu wanted to know my story, for how long I’ve been travelling, what king of travel I was doing and I told him honestly that I’m a broke backpacker and I have a very limited budget for visiting the attractions. Surprisingly, Mr Hieu told me not to worry and that He’s going to prepare an itinerary for me, an itinerary of what you can visit and where to go for free. He pinpointed some locations on his google map on his phone and shared it with me. He told me that he knows I’m tired and I wanted to rest a little bit. He told me that He was going to town at 4pm to collect his kids from school and that he can drop me in town and don’t worry, it’s a free ride and if whenever I wanted to go to town, he can drop me there for free. At night, I’ve had dinner with Mr Hieu family and seriously guys, if you are broke like me and don’t have much to spent, it’s better to pay Mr Hieu and eat at the homestay, the food is great, undoubtedly the best food I’ve had in vietnam.
I had a big bag of dirty clothes and I asked Mr Hieu if he do has a laundry service and he said his wife can wash my clothes and I can tell her if she needs to be careful with some piece of clothes.
We discussed and drink tea every night while I was staying there, he told me about his story, where he came from and for how long he has been doing homestay.

What a great experience! We arrived early but the host Chau arranged for us to check in early as well. Breakfast is included in the room price and is located in the restautant next door. The surrounding is so beautiful that you don't have to go any where, just relax and chill

This location is very quiet and away from the next village of Ta Van. Simple, good value with kind and helpful staff. Come stay here especially if you want to kick back and explore a different area. The property also has a restaurant and provides tours.

We stayed in La Maison bungalows. Excellent location in Ta Van. Tung runs an excellent restaurant and bar next door. Chao was super helpful and responsive with any queries we had. She organised a guided walk in the mountain and a batik workshop for us.
We had a great time, thank you for your warmth and kindness Chao!
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Okay, so usually I don’t write reviews, so this one is special, Pe and his family is a MUST stay in Sapa, they’re the closest to a family I had in Vietnam, warm welcome, cozy stay and a lot to learn about them, plus the best Family dinners. I sincerely hope that his homestay will be the most recommended in Sapa because God knows this guys are Great!
Very nice and cozy bungalows with great view and super attentive staff.
The beds were clean and the location was good, 10 mins walking to cat cat village center.
Very kind and hospitable hosts and staff. The property is located a little higher up in Ta Van and about a ten minute walk or so to the main area of the village where the restaurants and shops are. A cosy stay that I can personally recommend.
Simple, authentic, quiet accommodation at a family's home. We stayed in the bungalow, it was big enough, the bed was comfortable, there was cold shower inside and warm shower outside in another building. Breakfast was good with pancakes, bananas, chocolate syrup, honey. The first day's coffee was very good.
We had the most wonderful time at H'mong Eco House. Cozy rooms, beautiful scenery, delicious food and a very kind and helpful host family. We would like to come back sometime!
I cannot recommend it enough to come and stay here. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience. Staying with the local Hmong family in this idyllic place
Mamma Mao and staff are just so friendly and helpful. We took the private cabin which was an ensuite with amazing views. The 3 days hiking was exceptional and the views were just breathtaking as was the culture.
The bungalow was so modern and beautifully furnished, everything was new and the view was amazing! The photographs really don't do it justice. We also chose to pay extra to eat a set dinner at the property and it was great, we were served salmon in panko style breadcrumbs, another salmon dish in citrus sauce, stir fried courgette flowers, fries and rice. I went trekking and stood in a huge muddy puddle and the owner kindly washed my trainers for me. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.
