Location. Room size was spacious, with small kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, cabinets, coffee maker and sink. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Room very clean, as well as good housekeeping (they checked every day, to see if we needed housekeeping, even though we didn’t for a 4 night stay). The pool looked nice, but was occupied by a boisterous family, the 2 times we tried to go in. Not the hotel’s fault, just our timing. Too bad-it looked nice.

The cottage was excellent. First time staying there. Wasn’t expecting all that was in the cottage. I was in the upstairs floor. The bonus room in the attic was super…and three TVs…Super nice😃

The staff were extremely friendly, we were greeted with smiles and laughter. Check-in was a breeze. I liked that there was an elevator, because carrying luggage up three floors would have been a nightmare. I liked that the room had hardwood floors in the living area. I liked the walk in shower and the beautiful led mirrors in the bathrooms. Everything was clean and cozy. It is very close to Busch Gardens and we were able to view their fireworks display on New Years Eve right from the balcony of the hotel.

The hot tub has globs of hair in water. Checked out early and was told had to go through people I booked with. The people I booked with said I had to go through hotel.

Loved everything! Charming Bed&Breakfast, with cosy rooms, super delicious and varied breakfast prepared fresh every day (the host accommodated the lactose intolerance of my husband), super friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. We arrived after check-in hours and the host had left an envelope with the key and instructions/tips. Walking distance to historic Williamsburg and to the train station. Highly recommended!
