The best thing for us was the fenced yard and the ability to bring our dogs, and the view.
I thought the dog kennel was a great idea and while we didn't use it it was great for my open suitcase.
I enjoyed the hot tub but would have liked some instructions for using it. (more than the posted rules)

Very comfortable, tastefully decorated unit with stunning views of the ocean. Very nice kitchen, well equipped and lots of storage to tuck your things away both in the kitchen and bedrooms. Gas fireplace was beautiful.
