The yard was secure and really spacious, which was important for my dog. While I never left her unattended, I didn't worry when she would duck around a corner for minute or two. The house came equipped with small amenities like coffee, filters, tea bags, and some very basic cooking items like oil. It was so great to have those already there instead of needing new packages of things. The water was Hot on demand and the water pressure was great. The property owner/manager was very communicative and responsive to questions. Really great proximity to Merritt and Cocoa, which made getting to the things I wanted very easy.

We love the location and the privacy you get staying at the cottage. Beautiful landscape and a really cool fountain. We really enjoy staying here. Close to everything we need. We visit often and will stay here when we can. Roger is very nice and met us to give us the keys.
The most magical and special experience! So spacious and comfortable, the bed was amazing, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic and the whole vibe is so romantic and pretty
The host is superior. He showed us all that the cozy cottage had to offer & told us about renovations that are planned. He even gave us the history of the cottage which was the original post office in the early 1930's
I loved the bungalow’s unique, eclectic vibe through and through, with most of the decorative features and objects made out of reclaimed sea shells. It truly is a marvel.
Had handicapped room and due to angle of toilet hard to get wheelchair to toilet. No cabinet at sink to place grooming ideas. There was plenty of room in bathroom before a sink and vanity. Bathroom was poorly laid out for handicap person.
