Loved it! It's very "log cabin" with a restaurant on site which was really good!! I had hot tea and a salad. I loved all the trees around the property and how close it is to downtown Keystone. The perfect stay if you want a little "mountain" getaway. 🧘🏻♀️💖🌞
This is the second time we have stayed here, we love it! This time we got one of the large cabins, we were right by the splash pad and playground for the grandkids. They love this place as well, they have so much fun running around. There isn't a lot of car traffic on the lodge roads so it's very safe. It's easy to get to many of the Black Hills attractions.
We liked that this cabin had two bathrooms and the bunkroom. It's really quite large and updated.
Rockerville Lodge and Cabins is ideally located to visit Custer State Park - a gem, or Mt. Rushmore. The hosts are very friendly, and breakfast was one of the best during my three weeks USA tour. Room with microwave and coffee maker.
Really fun option en route to Mount Rushmore, great location and lovely staff. The rooms are small and basic but they are clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the lounge room is very cosy with the fireplace. The saloon bar across the street was really welcoming and had good food.
Our first night was booked in the cabins which were very small and uncomfortable. We then moved to the lodge which provided us with muchh more room. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.
Great little place convenience to the national parks and scenic hwy. Log cabin-style bungalows were comfortable but a bit on the small side. The Powder House has a great restaurant. Highly recommend.
