We had been in the Keys for a busy two weeks. I wanted a place to unwind, and regroup for a week long cruise. My only regret is that I didn’t book Maria’s longer. I was raining the morning we left for the cruise ship but I just wanted to sit on the porch and listen to the rain. Maria has thought of everything a couple, family or group would need to be comfortable and packed it all into one quaint house. Everything was as described and pictured only better. I’ll be back.

The Modern Villa was remodeled and has a very fresh look. Check in instructions were spot on. Location was not too far from Everglades, but traveling outside the Turnpike/toll road is pretty slow. Groceries and other conveniences were nearby. We also really enjoyed having the Neopresso machine and pods! Communicating with Eddie was very easy.

I liked the location for what we were there for. I liked the yard landscaping, it was beautiful. The weather was too cold to use the pool while we were there. The house is very clean. The beds in the main house consist of two queen beds ( in two separate rooms) and the third bedroom in the main house has two single beds. The sheets are nice, the mattresses are nice and the pillows are fine.
