The host and his communications was exceptional ( above and beyond ) during all my travel experiences ( +20 countries ) I haven’t met a family / host as nice as this host.
He offered to come to the airport which is not far from the location ( 10 min drive ) to help with the luggage with his personal pick-up car to avoid dealing with the taxi drivers and drove the luggage back to the airport in the morning.
Its my first time staying outside of the city centre and will never go back to the city centre if i can manage to book with him again
The location is amazing/safe/ walking distance to grocery / restaurants

Wonderful hosts, could not be most welcome and charming. I loved the homely feeling , perfect location near restaurants, beaches and town. I walk everywhere. Very peaceful.
The hotel is very nice, and clean, the staff at the reception and the concierge were kind and well informed. What you would notmally expect from a Four Seasons. A welcome fruit basket and local desserts were a very nice gesture to be included in the room. Indoor pool was very charming, and breakfast buffet was very impressive. L'occitane toiletries were very nicely chosen and were generous.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. The staff were all so helpful and friendly especially two whom where at the reception when I arrived. (Salah and Salem)
