Location,Location& Location. It’s a few steps away from the Kathu Waterfall. Really quiet place. I rented the smaller of the 4 bungalows still more than sufficient for 1 or max 2. Patong beach is about a 30 minute cab ride. Wifi is very good. I was using a VPN router and still speed was good.
Quite and clean place. good staff and satisfying gym.
Good room size and bathroom. Pretty nice view of the lake.
Also far from any shops and restaurants. but it depends. on another side its a quiet and cozy place
Huge rooms... could have played football in the bedroom area.
