Great places for big groups.
Place was cleaned everyday, and easy to find with a parking spot in front so it was easy for rental vans. Lucy was amazing as host, she exchanged money at a great rate, recommended places to eat, also booked vans for us, and also shopped for fresh fruit for us. Game room was great- we played billiards a lot :) Can't comment on the hot tub as we never used it.
Barely used the kitchen because there was great food but the dining area and living area was great for quick snacks we brought back.
The rooms were large and spacious. Most rooms are adjoining rooms, sharing one door for entrance from the stairs and a bathroom but afforded enough privacy between the two with another door to separate rooms. Will definitely stay again next time we're in Chiang Mai.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Beautiful resort, fantastic family room. The garden is so charming and relaxing. The resort is about half an hour drive from the city center. We were with two small kids and used Grab to get there (cheap and easy). There is a big kitchen under the family rooms where you can easily cook, it's very well equipped. All in all a lovely stay!
We liked very much the Natural setting of the place. the bungalow was great, well decorated and very comfortable and with had a garden. The bungalow had two level, a kitchen and open living room at ground floor and room at first floor. We also loved the bathroom and shower.
A small pool and an open fireplace were an add up.

I had a lovely peaceful stay at rice barn and rooms. the room was comfortable, clean and cozy. The gardens, pool and outside space was perfect and just what I needed to have some quiet time. The owners were really lovely and made me feel at home. Thanks for a great stay in your beautiful space
Location is a bit tricky to come back to the city centre but it was a good experience in general to be a part from it for two days with nice pool and mountain. All staffs are very kind and gentle, restaurant in Hotel is very cozy and lovely. I had the best coconut water there too:-)
A really nice place, a little oasis in the middle of nowhere, approx. 15 km. outside Chiang Mai. A lovely swimming pool with deck chairs surrounded by tall palm trees and exotic sounds of birds, frogs and nature. The on-site restaurant has flexible opening hours and serves food when it suits the guests to eat. We rented scooters on the spot and did some sightseeing around the area. Cozy cabin. A lovely place for relaxation for a few days. Hosts speak very good English.
