One of the highlights of the stay was the wood-oven sauna located right on the shore. The warmth of the sauna, combined with the refreshing lake breeze and the option to plunge into the cool waters after a session, made for a perfect Scandinavian experience. Afterward, lounging in the comfortable chairs and sunbeds by the lake was the perfect way to relax and take in the breathtaking scenery.
The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent hiking tips for the nearby natural park. The trails were well-marked and offered a variety of landscapes, from dense forests to scenic overlooks. It was the perfect way to explore Sweden's natural beauty.

This beautiful little house far exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. We weren’t expecting a deck, which was a great surprise! The breakfast which was supplied was more than adequate. The host were sweet and helpful. The short walk to the lake was beautiful and added some exercise to our stay. And the lake… Heaven on earth. We spent a lot of time swimming, kayaking (in the supplied kayaks) and making use of the supplied SUP. We were too hot to sauna, but I imagine that it would be great fun. I highly recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone wishing tog et away for a while to peace and quiet.
