We loved staying here. It was so cozy with the wood stove on and it had everything we could need. The location was perfect with a lot of space and it was so quiet, we left completely rested. The area is absolutely lovely in the fall, but we can only imagine how wonderful a stay at the cottage must be in any of the other seasons. Our dog was welcome too and enjoyed this stay just as much as we did (maybe even more). Håkan was a great host; he gave local tips and tried his best to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would love to come back!

All of it! It's in a very remote and calm place. Perfect for relaxation. The cabin is newly built, smells like freshly cut timber. It's the pinnacle of a cozy little home.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
We ate both a breakfast and a lunch. Both were delicious. We especially enjoyed the fish and chips. We loved the size of our cabin; it was very comfortable for 5 adults and 2 small children.
There are boats and canoes to rent on location. Friendly personnel. Quiet place in mid August when we were there. Rooms in the two bungalows we had were protected from direct sun at long hours so was just about possible to sleep with no air conditioning after a hot day.
Very cosy and clean cabins. Excatly what we were looking for: a nice place to stay with a group of friends. It was a convenient place to start our hike and it was perfect to hang out at night.
I also would like to point out that the staff is really great: friendly, willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible and if something goes wrong it is taken care of immediately.
