All was good. The staff was very nice and polite, they are helping in all cases, support you and make you feel comfortable. Location is good, there is place to park, which is very important in this area. House is big with separate bedrooms and beds, not sofas. Two bathrooms, which is nice for 9-10 people. It was clean - so price/quality is really good.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Very cosy and clean room, I really enjoyed my time there. Loved the panoramic windows! Although it does get quite noisy even with the windows closed I slept very well there, the bed was very comfy. The AC worked perfectly and very quiet, I appreciated it a lot.
It’s only 10 mins walk from the bus station and about the same from the centre (I loved walking there by the river), which is very convenient.
The owner was so easy going. The apartment was clean, bathroom was fantastic with all you need. Nice and cozy. Location is perfect, everything you need is on a minute walk. Parking behind the building. People are perfect, apartment is fabulous. Definitely I will be back very soon.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay when in Novi Pazar. Modern, spotlessly clean, large cozy apartment at extremely reasonable price in the very city center, literally on the main pedestrian street. The host is super friendly and helpful, several parking options within 2-minute walk, a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Cannot think of better place to stay.

Although located in a sports complex, the apartments are very cozy, modernly furnished, with many amenities and cable TV. They are not close to the center, but there are shops and many restaurants literally meters away. We felt great, the parking lot is huge and the location is very quiet and peaceful.
The apartment was very comfortable, featuring a cozy terrace where one could sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the amazing view. The owner was easy to communicate with, a friendly and helpful person.
It was also nice to have a dedicated parking spot on the underground parking.
