I live in a crowded city, and I made a tradition out of disappearing in the mountains for a few days every year, to get away from the daily madness. The idea is simple: 1) go to a remote place; 2) focus on learning / doing something that matters to you. This location was the best so far for my goals (but it looks like it would also be very enjoyable with a larger group, which is why I plan to return there for leisure). There is a well-positioned outdoor bathtub (ciubăr), and the host offers a wide variety of trips in the area. He is also very friendly.

Everything was as expected. The host was great, and the place was perfect for exploring the surroundings and nearby attractions (summer alpine coaster, waterfall, wellness and lavender field).
