the AC was working great and very important for an August stay. we enjoyed the back yard and the view from the balcony over the city. the room was specious.
We got a set of 3 towels per person which was really nice :)
While the house is located up hill, we used Uber every day to get to places and it was fast and cheap solution.

The location was cosy, recently renovated, and is near the city centre. I have received an apartment in the basement (it has natural light from windows), which is ok if you travel for work and don't stay mainly in the room. It's suitable for two people.
Quiet place, new house. Comfortable furniture, cozy design. Detailed instructions for check-in were received.
The website showed that there is air conditioner. But in fact, it was not in this apartment. We had to call the host. Without any problems, she changed this apartment to another with air conditioner.
Great hotel, large rooms, excellent breakfast with plenty of choices and beautiful views of the city centre from the window. Top sport, sauna and pool centre and nice upper floor restaurant. Rooms are very comfortable, kettle and tea and coffee in each room, nice renovated baths. Overall an excellent experience.

We liked that the property is honest. What you saw on the site is what you really got. The apartment was clean and cosy, and the balcony, looking onto the street through the trees, was just charming. The staff is discreet, but there when you need them. They also placed a few books in the rooms. Marin Sorescu, La lilieci. This was the final straw for me :) We will definitely choose these apartments next time we go to Iasi.
