We only had once the breakfast in the special room but it was definitely worth it. Fresh bread, eggs, juice and a unique setting. The property is nicely located out of Ourem yet only 5 minutes away. Tomar and Fatima are not far to drive to and the Quinta gives a very relaxing vibe which allows you to become one with nature and unwind from your daily life. It's a unique way to get into the rural way of life Portugal has to offer while charging up for your regular life routine for when you get back home.

Everything. The location overlooking the valley is immense, totally void of any noise but chickens and church bells. The set up of the house with 5 great sized double rooms to the pool house which you will not want to leave till the evening and bed time. The swimming pool is an amazing size. We absolutely loved the house, so well equipped and a beautiful large garden with gorgeous views. Was fantastic to sit in the hot tub or pool looking at the views of hills. The house is a 3 bed but is so much bigger. We had a large en-suite with his and hers sinks and large shower room. A car is a must as Pombal is approximately 20 minutes away though there is a smaller supermarket about 10 mins away. There is even a garage to park the car and electric gates to keep you secure ! If you like a peaceful holiday then this is it ! Hosts were very friendly and we knew we could go to them if there was any help we needed but all was fine. They are sort of attached in another large house, not that you noticed. The only thing I would say was watch little ones with the edge of pool (little drop down), our lilos drifted over but you easily grab them back again. We really hope to be back some day :)
