The family room was great for a 2 night stay. The main room was very big with a huge king size bed. The space for the kids was smaller but was fine for a few nights. The outside area is very peaceful, with an amazing pool. There are a number of common areas with kitchen and TV area. The breakfast was amazing! very well served, with fresh cake, bread, cheese, cold cuts and delicious jams, juice and coffee. The ladies who work there are very friendly and helpful. Location wise, it is close to Coimbra, Agueda and Palace of Busscao.

The hospitality of the owner is on the top level. When you arrive at the Mill, you feel like you arrived in a fairy tale. It feels like you are out of civilization, as it is only the Mill and nothing around you. The photos cannot describe the house, really magical.
Every cm of the house is very clean and well maintained. We are a family of 4 and it was more than enough space for us, we didn't even use one of the bedrooms.
The sunset views are spectacular. We enjoyed our short stay a lot, we would love to be back there :) thanks to Antonio a lot for the wonderful hospitality and this unique experience!

A perfect location to explore region stretching from Aveiro to Coimbra and Vizei. Spacious house with four sleeping rooms and huge living room was to big for two of us and can accomodate a great family for hollidays or any other event/meeting. A garage is big enough for two cars. The owner Gilmar living next door was very attentive and helpful. He even on his own sent to my next place some clothes I've left in the wardrobe when leaving.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Charming little castle with so friendly owners! The room was very clean and the breakfast really good. We appreciated the willingness to provide us with an extra service like earlier check-in, olives and pickles for our wine in the evening or earlier breakfast. The place is beautiful and has a magic garden with a pool. We were really happy.
Lovely family running the hotel. Spacious room. Very nice that the (charming) pool was open ahead of published schedule. Good breakfast every day. Like an antique shop (which we loved) with over seventy clocks in total! Bathroom facilities entirely new, though and everything spotlessly clean.

We loved everything. Starting from the friendly welcome, through the huge ancient rooms. Everything is decorated in an ancient and tasteful style. The villa, the yard and the pool are charming, the location is perfect. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is very tasty and generous, we received a detailed explanation from the owner about trips and restaurants in the area.
