The chalet and gardens were all on one level with no stairs, which suited us perfectly. There was the option of air conditioning when it got uncomfortably hot for us on a couple of days. It is in a very private, quiet location, so perfect for getting away from it all. The chalet is very well equipped and we were able to cook our own meals if we did not want to go to a restaurant.It is very clean and homely.

The location was perfect for us..!!! We were able to explore the local area and reach cities and towns nearby :) Everyone was super friendly and made us feel very welcome :) including our small Maltese - Alfie - Thank you :) We had regular contact with the owners of the Quinta, they made it all very easy regarding check-in/check-out. They were there if we needed them but also gave us our privacy..Perfect Hosts & super friendly people :) You have to try the local restaurants and bars in Arouca, food is amazing and staff very welcoming ..!!!..everywhere...:)
