If you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing, this is it. Peacocks wandering around, lovely and helpful staff. It was a great break for us in the middle of a 3 week tour and Praia Arrafina (beach 5 mins down the road by car) is beautiful. Breakfasts were lovely.

You cannot beat this location! The adjoining restaurant had by far the best food in the area; my family tried 4 other places. Such a great space for family to get to the beach or stay at the apartment and relax on the terrace. You still have privacy on the terrace as it is elevated above the beach.

The place is amazing, we loved the house and it had all the essentials you could need. The inside is great, staying in the countryside was amazing. Every room was comfortable and well equipped.
The beach is very close, especially one that was not full of people like other ones more in the south. We really enjoy the calm, staying far from the city, and with a car you can reach easily every place in Algarve.

Beautiful and cosy flat in the countryside. Lovely interiors, it has everything you need and we found it spacious for a couple. We were worried about the fact that our room was next to a road and to the corridor to other rooms, but we did not hear any noise from the outside. The host was really friendly and helpful. He recommended us places to visit and prepared us a tasty dinner for a really honest price. Breakfasts was also tasty and filling. We had a lovely time at Barranco da fonte!
