Very quiet neighbourhood (actually it's plain countryside) only a short 5-minute drive from town.
Setting - near the river - is great!

The property is in the middle of gorgeous nature. The house has everything you need: cosy bedrooms, big kitchen, dining room and living room, magnificent pool, and several beautiful outside areas to enjoy the day reading or resting. Breakfast is gorgeous, too. The host is very kind and helpful, and made are stay even more perfect.
We weren't only guests, we felt as friends of Mr. Alberty, the owner of the hotel. He was really kind and nice, he helped us with all we weren't able to solve ourselves because of language. His hotel is really wonderful, romantic and peaceful place, we wanted to stay there forever 🙂 Breakfast were delicious, rooms beautiful (we had even a fireplace in our apartment!), staff kind and helpful. Thanks for everything! We hope that we can return one day.
Great location in the historic centre of Abrantes. Sympathetically restored town house with a well equipped shared kitchen and lovely outdoor space. Generous sized room with private bathroom.
This was a lovely self catering unit on the ground floor that we had. Has a little garden outside and our car is parked inside the gated property which is very safe when you are travelling. This was our first stop from Lagos and we will certainly be using this facility again. The host went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Really recommend it.
The staff were amazingly accommodating.
Everything was supposed to be closed down due to Covid, but they opened the kitchen for me, found me the best takeway open to get food at, let me check out late as I was sick, washed my clothes for me, even complimented my hair ;D
The building is also quite amazing for a hostel - view over countryside for miles, big terraces. When I saw Abrantes Castle's amazing view I thought 'yeah, nice, but I already saw this from the hostel'.
