Super clean and beautiful building, apartment is beautiful, clean, cozy. The host Armando picked us up from the airport( for an extra charge) and immediately made us feel safe. For all questions and help he was available. Thank you Armando. In the building there is all kinds of things to do ( Google poin Panama ) there are restaurants , pool, gym, game and playroom for kids etc. This will definitely be our home away from home when we are in Panama again.

The staff are so friendly and nice. The room was cosy and perfect with a create view of part of the city and the water area. The breakfast was everything, so many options to choose from. This hotel is at a great location, you can go walking downtown, Multiplaza Mall is about 20 mins walk. Its a great spot and I would def return to Riu Plaza.

Perfect location, lovely and cosy rooms, but above all really, really helpful, professional and friendly staff members. Make sure that you visit the hotel's rooftop as well. The view from the bar is breathtaking! All in all a very nice hotel and amazing people working there!

Beautifully restored period building, with airy and spacious rooms. Lovely staff, who were super helpful and had done and returned my laundry within a couple of hours of arrival! Super bar/restaurant attached, tasty food and lovely ambience.

It is the perfect hotel to enjoy the city, the morning and cycling, everything was clean, cozy and organized, my family enjoyed the included breakfast as well as the pool, the music in the lobby and their service team were excellent.

It is a lovely place with comfortable rooms, awesome location, and helpful owner. The decoration is beautiful and you don’t feel like in a hostel or hotel, but on a warm cozy place

That location was fabulous. The hotel was in old town (Casco Viejo) so you could leave the hotel and easily explore bars, restuarants, boutiques and heritage sites in a very short distance. Hotel staff recommended tours as well as suggested places to drink and have fun in the area. It was a charming area to stay and explore.
