Beautiful location and good value for overwater bungalows. We took advantage of the included kayaking and paddle boarding in the bay. The staff is lovely and helpful.

We loved the location in the bay and our view and access from terrace directly to the ocean. Water was calm, clean, warm and we swam and snorkeled every day. The staff was very friendly, bungalow spacious and clean with both inside and outside shower and two floor windows to watch the colorful fishes swim below our bungalow. Reasonable restaurant prices (15-20 USD for main course, 2-8 USD for drink), food very tasty (especially the grilled tuna :)). Water taxi costs 5 USD to the Bocas town. We made a great choice to book this hotel.

It’s located in the middle of the sea, which is nice. The cabins look very pretty and the surroundings with the jungle were great. You can also use the kayaks and SUPs for free, which is a nice touch. The botanical gardens are really nice and we could see caymans, lots of birds and frogs. I really enjoyed this. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. We had read that the noise from Colon Island was disruptive but we did not find it overwhelming at all. On our last day we saw staff picking trash from the sea on a kayak. ❤️

The staff, except for being kicked out after spending a full week. The manager ( Ada) knew I was very sick. On our last day, kicked us out of the bungalow. So he had to sit in the heart and wait for a water taxi. He promised a taxi was going to wait for us in Bocas. That was a lie. We had to walk more than halfway to the airport. Mind you, it's not for, but when you are sick, it's not pleasant

The Bungalows over the water are beautiful. This is a very relaxing place. The food at the hotel was good and the breakfast was excellent. They are very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing stay at Ataraxia, the hosts are so welcoming and friendly. We stayed in a sea view lodge which was perfect, the balcony had lovely views of the sea and jungle. On our second day we used the complimentary kayaks and went through the mangroves seeing sloths and many birds - an incredible experience! Thank you

For the most part, staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. We stayed in two rooms and loved both the over-water bungalow and tree house. We enjoyed the nature path and paid activities offered by the hotel; Alejandro was the best!

The floating bungalow was very nice experience. And you can go swimming from your own terrace. And the nature reserve was nice surprise.

Lodge is nicely located at the intersection beach / jungle, staff was very friendly, the bungalow was clean and shielded from insects. There was a nice vibe with the place and the people. I really enjoyed staying here and I would come again.

The lodge has nice surroundings - in the middle of jungle, at the beachfront. Nice place to recharge the batteries. The bungalow was nice and spacious. There is also a nice terrace with 2 chairs, where you can chill.
