The location is good, the house is clean. The kitchen facilities were adequate. Nice to have a dining room table and a lounge that comfortably seated six of us. The log fire and provided fire wood was a bonus.

I loved my name on the board when we arrived telling us what cottage we were staying in. There were sheep, llamas, cows and pigs in front of the cottage, chickens behind us. The pool was next to us and a play park in front of our small garden. There were fruit trees in the garden and a BBQ. It had a small deck with seats. The cottage was clean, Warm and had what we needed. The Kids loved it. Unfortunately it was raining and we didn't get full use of the facilities

The cottage was beautifully decorated warm and inviting, the extra food etc was a lovely addition, super quiet cosy house and so handy to town, delicious fish and chips really close by, really happy with everything overall though shower pressure could be improved, will definitely come back in future, thanks Pippa your attention to detail was well appreciated 🙏
Cozy and heating easy - adequate bedding - beds not needed provided space for clothing. Used our own hangers and hung coats etc on bunks. Chair on deck good in the sun. And table with seating in front of ensuite cabin. Extra towels if needed for 3day stay available for exrra $25. Not needed cos could dry in sunny weather.

It was a really cosy cottage, with penty of wood for the fireplace. Great location close to town. We had a really lovely stay. We were driving down from Auckland after work, Catherine was able to cater for our late arrival and met us at 8pm to give us the keys and explain the basics of the cottage.
The breakfast was great as Kitty baked all the bread and pastries herself. So everything was fresh and warm. The cottage was cosy but had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet.She has two little friendly dogs but she will keep them away if you don't like them.
We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and welcoming.
We loved the feel of the little cottage. It was warm, cosy, inviting and had character. It had a fireplace which we loved to use, especially coming from a humid climate in Queensland, Australia.
The cottage was close to town.
