    the fact that it is in the middle of nowhere makes the experience especially refreshing! so peaceful and quiet. Love all the animal residents! Janine was an excellent host, she made us feel so at home! Hot tub and stargazing was simply awesome! We managed to enjoy a great barbecue out there too! will definitely stay with Janine again if we ever come back to the South Island.

    The place was lovely and quiet with great views up to a local range of hills, you could just image snow on them in the winter. There was lots of space and all comfortable and very clean and cosy. We felt very spoilt with the standard of the accommodation. Communication with the property before our stay was excellent.
