Easy to checkin and out. Didn't realize breakfast was provided. Was good to have our own bedrooms. Lots of room in the lounge and kitchen. Good to have the extra toilet. The heat pump and heaters were welcoming for the cold mornings and evenings.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
We have stayed at Dury Motor Lodge quite often, usually with our children also but it was nice to stay as a couple. The rooms are comfortable and suit our needs being close to shops and food outlets etc.
I loved staying here! Super cool tiny cabin! Very peaceful place with a super lovely and welcoming couple, who are full of cool stories and jokes:) You will meet lots of lovely animals here including very friendly dogs, and a donkey that loves bananas for brekkie!
They were super helpful and let me store my bike in a safe place overnight
I always stay at Drury lodge when I am in Auckland as I know exactly what I am going to get and it is always extremely good
