This barn is everything you'd expect for the price. It's a basic two-floor building with comfortable beds, a desk to work at and a small kitchen area to prepare basic meals. I needed to get away and this was just the ticket! You'll share the grounds with other guests but you'll have a relatively private shower and toilet. Ole, the owner, is a helpful and understanding host. I liked the outdoor vibe of the accommodation and being ushered to make use of the outdoors really helped me. The sauna is exactly what you'd think. Great! Thanks Ole.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this recently built contemporary cabin in Kvitfjell, located right next to the Olympic slopes. The house was incredibly comfortable, featuring good beds and tastefully selected furniture. The highlight for our kids was undoubtedly the outdoor jacuzzi on the deck. There’s nothing quite like taking a relaxing dip after a hike while soaking in the breathtaking views.
Even though it was summer (with no snow), there was still plenty to do in the area. We went on some beautiful hikes, swam in pristine mountain lakes, and the highlight was cycling through the mountains on eMTBs - a fantastic recommendation from our host, Peter.
We would love to return and experience a winter holiday in this house and the surrounding area.

We stayed in one of the wood log houses, which was just beautiful and cozy. It is spacious with a view of a lake outside (which you can also easily walk to). We only stayed for one night, so we can’t judge prolonged stays but it was very comfortable.

We needed one night's accommodation for our cross-country ski touring party at fairly short notice due to weather conditions. Måsåplassen Friisvegen Mountain Lodge as in a perfect location that we could ski to and had very reasonably priced lodge accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Good restaurant, very nice owners, quite large, veey sweet and well furbished cabin. The shared facilities were clean. Charming surroundings for à walk or for fishing.

The cottage we stayed in was very cosy - it was perfect for staying in during the cold winter time. Facilities were clean and the furniture was very recent (including beds). The living room area had a TV with Netflix which was a pleasant surprise, also comfortable sofas.
In combination with friendly staff, all the above made it an enjoyable stay.
Too bad we only visited for one night while passing through, would have happily stayed there a few more nights.
