Harold was very very nice, he welcomed us when we arrived, gave us a grand tour of the place and was also very responsive to all our needs during the stay.
The location is great, right in the middle of a forest, but a 5-10 minute drive from many stores and restaurant.
Also a very good location for visiting the Eastern part of the Netherlands.

Cosy apartment, liked the feel of the room and loved the garden! Good contact with a friendly host. The area was lovely, close to the water, in the city centre with lot's of places to eat and yet lovely and quiet.
It was cold and rainy when we stayed, so we weren't able to go in the pool or do outdoor activities. They sold fire logs in reception, so we had a really nice fire in our bungalow. It was very cozy. The kitchen has everything you need. The grounds are very relaxing. There is free coffee next to the laundry area. Overall it was a cool place.
Great little place in Harderwijk - I liked its simplicity and how comfortable and cozy all the amenities make it feel. It’s located in a quiet neighbourhood with a short walk to pints of interests. The hosts are extremely kind and inviting while still giving you the privacy you expect. My stay was very pleasant and will go again.
Located in the center of Harderwijk right next to the city wall, the small and cosy apartment has everything you need. We stayed at the ground floor apartment which gives us direct access to a cute and semi private city garden. Although modern the apartment incorporates elements from the location and its history which we thought is a very nice touch. Our final recommendation is the neighboring restaurant 't Zusje, just a few steps away this restaurant offers a tapas like menu with a never ending sampling of bites from all over the world.
An excellent design, cozyness and views from the appartment, also a beautiful town is one thing. But the friendlyness and warm welcoming from the hosts is another - mr.Jan and his wife are one of the sweetest hosts we ever met! Extra helpfull, open-minded. Our group of 5 were delighted about dutch hospitality. This stay was worth every € spent, 100%! If we will ever come back - would definetely go straight to Jansen family appartment again.

This is an amazing house with many smart features and a luxury feeling in every room.
The design, the comfort, the views and the sauna make you want to stay in the house and not leave. However, the old city of Harderwijk which is just a short walk from the house is a must see. The location of the house is also convenient for driving to Giethoorn and Elburg.
Yaap has personally provided a tour and operating instructions. There were drinks in the fridge (just paid for their actual cost)
