My stay at Opa's erf was perfect. I went to watch the Motogp in Assen and stayed in this very cosy and comfortable house. Cody was incredibly friendly and was always there for us. The house had everything we needed. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect for spending a few days with the family in the beautiful garden and with a barbecue. I recommend it 100%.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Clip n climb was well arranged. We enjoyed the pumpkin carving activity. Light show was a nice addition. Easy bike rental. Pleasant walking routes. Good local shop (Spar). House was nicely warmed by the pellet burner, which gave a cozy feel.
The lady at reception was very friendly and polite.

Friendly staff, comfortable bungalow, good beds, clean, great shower, warm, all conveniences, including a dishwasher. Master bedroom is huge! Very large wooded bungalow park, quiet, lots of birds. Great walking and biking! Thinking of coming again.
