Public transport was easy to get into the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam.
Bed was comfortable. The hosts were wonderful people. Very generous.

This is a beautiful spacious villa on a large plot with maximum privacy. Think luxury and then multiply that by 10. The park it is on os very quiet which is what we were looking for. Top that off with other gracious and responsive host and this becomes one of the best places to stay in this area!

The property was huge. Plenty of space for us all to sit or sleep. There was 5 of us and we all said how wonderful it was.
We only stayed one night and we had a few drinks but there was great facilities to sit around and talk.
The welcome message from the owners was one of the best and the nicest.
Also massive shout out to these hosts, we managed to leave behind some expensive items, but they just put them in the post to us and we got them back in a couple of days.

David made us feel very welcome. He was very good with the kids and made them feel at home. There is lots for the kids to do; pool, archery, a great sandpit, soccer goal, volleyball net, badminton, table tennis, a trampoline and of course a fantastic camp fire.

Circa 30 minute easy drive to Centraal Amsterdam.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The lodges are in a very quiet and beautiful area, perfect for a calm weekend, and the possibility to use the natural swimming pool is a great plus.
The lodge contains all the necessary amenities, a spacious bathroom and is decorated with a lot of taste. The breakfast was just delicious and it is amazing to enjoy it peacefully on our own terrace.
Last but not least, the staff is extremely welcoming and kind and do their best to make our stay as great an experience as possible!

It's a very lovely hotel, very modern and fresh, the room was excellent in size and comfort, it was even cozy. And the breakfast had some hot meals on it.
Joyce is a lovely host. The sauna and hottub were excellent and we just had the best time. The area is beautiful and perfect to escape busy worklife. We will definitely come back :)
Loved the bath, and everything else about the cosy room...The hotel is almost on the waterfront with good views...The architecture in the area was really nice to look at but being mostly buildings it was nice and quiet...The attached restaurant made meals easy and the breakfast was really top notch...
A short walk to the bus station, 1 bus and 1 train to Schipol makes it a nice rural area to stay in after the madness of Amsterdam...
The place was really clean and it was very well equipped as well as very modern/updated. It was very cosy too. The host was very friendly and helped us out when we couldn't get in late at night (23:30), we really appreciated it Mark! Thank you!
