Host was very responsive and accommodating
Location was great too as it is near commercial area but we did rent a car during our stay to move around Miri

It was vibrant, beautiful decor, very clean. Bed was comfy, location was super convenient.
The towels and bathrobes were clean & comfy. Room was sufficiently-sized and cozy.
I had a blast at the Mercure Miri Hotel! From the moment I stepped in, the vibe was chill and welcoming, thanks to the super friendly staff.
The food was next-level delicious! Every dish was a flavor explosion. And don't even get me started on the cool interior vibes. It's like they nailed the perfect combo of classy and cozy.
Big shoutout to the staff too, always on point with their service.

A beautiful view of the sea as well as the city. The sofa in the living room was very comfortable. Interior design was lovely. Cute inserts within the wall cabinets to store our stuff. Homely environment.
The room was very spacious and cozy. Requested for a town view because it was cheaper but still can see the ocean/river. Chose this hotel for their infinity pool and if I had more time, I would spend sometime at the gym, sauna and spa.
