Such a magical stay for a escape from the city. We loved the concept, the big windows. The kitchen is fully stoked and the interior is also super. And if you want, you can grill, make a fireplace and even make a pizza (we assume) outside - fantastic. Definitely will come back another time.

The house is brand new and fresh, with high quality interior. The huge floor to ceiling windows allow you to feel the nature at any time of the year, and the area is carefully maintained. I recommend you to take a warm bath outside in cold weather, it is amazing to sit in warm water and feel the nature. I highly recommend this property. The owner was very hospitable and kind.

Located at the forest near the lake. Quiet and peaceful place. A lot of mushrooms, some quite rare. We participated in the mushroom fest held at Zaube city and were able to collect most of rare spiecies near the house. Possible to observe also rare water birds right from the house window early in the morning.

The cottage is simply beautiful inside and outside. Located on top of a hill in a lovely settlement of similar cottages it boasts a gorgeous garden and a very cosy interior. Furthermore you can embark on scenic walks around Ligatne directly from the cottage. The quaint towns of Sigulda and Cēsis are not far away and there a many stunning hikes to choose from in the Gauja NP. We enjoyed returning to the cottage in the evening and to relax under the apple tree - we can highly recommend this accommodation.
We were self catering however had access to a communal kitchen if need or/and BBQ outside in the grounds - very clean place and excellent location. Lady who manages the hotel is very traditional and knowledgeable
very cozy, clean place, friendly hostess, we communicated for a few weeks before the stay, she answered all questions, gave advice. I will want to return - both to the town and to that house.
The place is so cozy and wholesome. You feel like home instantly. Very clean, comfortable. 2 big showers, fully equipped kitchen. The outdoors so calming , relaxing and romantic. We cooked our dinner just beside the river while watching little ducklings swim around in the river, so cute. A great place to rest from busy life or busy city but still with full comfort.
Everything was great! Quiet location in the middle of the nature. You can go swimming near the river. Everything was clean and cozy and the hot tub was perfect for the evening. Bed was very comfortable. Owner was very welcoming and friendly! Recommend highly!
This is an adorable apartment - it has everything you'd need for a weekend trip or longer, and is all decorated in a lovely cottagecore style. It's well-located, and a great base for visiting restaurants and hiking in Ligatne. The host was helpful and prompt with responding to queries, and the bathroom was well-equipped.
Excellent location, right in the middle of the national park, exploratory paths just few meters away. Very cosy house unusually decorated with taxidermied animals and birds. It has almost everything you need, lots of space, chimney, Russian banya (sauna) outside, grill. As it was New Year's time, the main room had Christmas tree with lights and stuff and we did enjoy the overall mood. The house is exceptionally clean. Very friendly host. We definitely enjoyed our stay and I would totally recommend the place for the country side getaway.
