Everything was superb! Dinesh, Shibi and all the team were a great hosts! We appreciated our bungalow, foods, yoga sessions, pool and a trip to the jungle. Great experience, we highly recommend this beautiful place!
Overall the place has very rustic view and the cottages were very independent and I liked a lot. It was quite windy so the sound from palm trees were amazing in the night. Great decorations and very very good food and hosts. We really felt comfortable and would definitely visit again.
Absolutely adorable little cottages directly on the beach. Simple but very comfortable. I loved hearing the ocean day and night. Large breakfasts and I loved the fried fish for dinner. Dedicated and attentive staff whether I wanted tea or I needed information or transportation. They have kitesurfing lessons and rent gear as well as arrange for Safaris and other excursions which was hugely convenient. They went above and beyond to make sure I had eveverything I needed. I loved it so much I even stated well quite a few extra days.
The cabins are great, interesting, private. The staff are great, really friendly and helpful. The food, location and staff at the on site restaurant and bar were all great. Really recommend Windy Waves Kite Beach Resort.
Very beautiful place with amazing restaurant just nearby the beach. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and own bungalow was very nice and cozy with "outside" shower and own terrace.
Beautiful garden, quite place, large but cozy bungalows, very helpful owner, pleasant stay here. If you are looking for non touristic and crowded spot, this is the best choice.
Cosy and quiet cabin by the lagoon in a beautiful garden! I went windsurfing as it was off-season and not enough wind for kiting and really enjoyed it. Very helpful and nice host!
walking distance to beautiful beach, with super friendly staff and an amazing restaurant. next to that the cabin you sleep in is comfortable and very cozy!
Pleasant rustic pool and restaurant area. Spacious bungalows with indoor and outdoor bathrooms. Idyllic setting by lagoon underneath the palms with wonderful sunsets.
Food excellent: the best I had in Sri Lanka. Highlights included fresh tuna cooked medium rare to perfection and the most tasty cuttlefish curry imaginable.
We had a boat trip direct from the resort to go dolphin spotting and snorkelling which was great fun and all organised by Kitelantis.
I enjoyed bird watching in the local mangroves and on the lagoon.
