Exceptional staff, professional, very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing in the heart of Beirut close to all facilities, plentiful of restaurants, 1 minute away from the sea front and 5 mins away from city center. Room has all the essentials, very cozy and nice view from the balcony. Room service was excellent and kept the room tidy and clean.

As always the suite is super clean and well maintained. Same feeling comfortable and cozy… The internet is very good. Deserve a full rating! However the breakfast this time was different, new selection many different plates directly cooked and served fresh and hot… Thank you for the chef who did all his best and really took good care of us. We enjoyed a lot our stay… I encourage all the team of Urban to keep this high level of service because we really felt at HOME!!! See you hopefully again soon…….

Location is fantastic. Far better to stay in this area than in the West of Beirut where the bigger hotels are if you are here to soak up the city and it's atmosphere. Everything works and runs smoothly at Lost and it's a charming building restored very tastefully. Downstairs you have the bar and cafe for a great start or end to the day. Can't fault anything here.
