Host is very nice and friendly. Arrived late in the evening and took us to the supermarket nearby for grocery!
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The view from the window was great. (See the attached photo.) The room was clean. There are two coin laundry rooms (There were 5- 6 washers.). Suitcase lockers were in the reception/lounge area. Seven Eleven and many restaurants are in the hotel building. The location was close to train stations, post office, shopping areas and the Air Cabin. Overall, it was very convenient.
The hotel lobby is spacious, and from the lobby you can access the sky garden and sky pool. From the sky garden, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the cityscape. The evening scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. The room quality exceeded our expectations - it is spacious, clean, and has two large beds as well as a sofa bed. The view from the room is also very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable, soft and cozy. We slept very well. If we travel here again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
Outstanding hotel occupying the 20th floor and up of a building. Our room was so gorgeous, very spacious, with an amazing view on the harbour, furnished with a lot of attention to details. Exceptionally comfortable and cosy.
One of the best Hotels I have ever stayed in Japan. Room is big. Breakfast is good.
Less than 5 minutes walk from the station and all the facilities are very new and clean since the hotel was newly opened in April 2024.
My family and I really enjoyed their hot bath and Sauna located at their G floor.

This hotel was elegant in a great location with marvellous views. The staff were charming, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I especially liked the attention to detail eg an empty mini fridge enabling me to refrigerate my purchases. In addition the access to laundry facilities was an additional and greatly appreciated service. A great surprise in a 5 star hotel. The rooms were large (for Japan) well appointed, with every amenity you could wish for.
Close to Yokohama city centre, just a few minutes of footwork away from Sakuragicho JR station and tourist attractions like Yokohama Air Cabin, Cosmo World, Ferris Wheel and Red Brick Warehouse.
