The views were excellent and the staff were great. If you want time out to retreat and chill out it's perfect away from busy cities. Location is worth the things that maybe were not ideal at property.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Less than 5 min walk away from the Miyanoura Port, which is great after a long day of travelling to Naoshima island. It feels like a cosy cabin, and it looks really new and it's very clean. Basic amenities are all provided. I liked the little library right outside our room, it's a nice space to chill.
Beautiful sauna, loved the little barbecue shed for dinner, was so cosy and worth the money. They were so kind to find a necklace we lost and post it back to London for us.
It was cozy and clean. The whole little bungalow style accommodation had a calm and relaxed vibe. It was practical that one had the possibility to cook and do laundry. And let the laundry dry outside fresh air! Practical!
The accommodation also offers bikes you can lend for the day, which was comfortable.
The accommodation had three restaurants as direct neighbours an italian restaurant, an Okonomiyaki Restaurant and a Ramen restaurant. Fun!
This place ranks among the best I've ever stayed in! Its location couldn't be more ideal—it's close to bus stops that conveniently connect to all the art museums and other parts of the island. Situated within a campsite, we stayed in our own cozy cottage complete with a private bathroom. While the interior wasn't lavish, it had everything we needed, and the sea view from our room was breathtaking. Moreover, the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, adding to the overall wonderful experience.
Set a little above the town, it’s a short walk downhill to charming Honmura. Cosy, stylish, with the best host who took time to explain everything: restaurants, cafes, and the arts
