Location was great, less than 200m from the nearest train station. Good entertainment as well with big tv, projector and an onsen bath which was a nice touch. Good for entertaining kids. Property was clean and comfortable.

This hostel has a really good vibe. Staff is super welcoming and the common area/kitchen is very cosy. My friend associated hostels with all sorts of negative things (in European cities...) but she loved Maya! The showers were good. The trains didn't bother us (me with earplugs, my friend without). I actually liked to watch the trains ;)

This accommodation has a very affordable parking lot nearby (not provided by the hotel). It's only a 10-minute walk to the port line. There's a convenience store on the ground floor, and on the second floor, there are hot spring baths and a sauna. The rooftop has an excellent public space where you can enjoy a view of Kobe.
The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly during check-in. Overall, it was a great experience at this hotel.
Great Location if you don’t mind a a little uphill walk from the station. Good sized rooms, lovely toiletries, the Public Bath and sauna was a special bonus.
The hotel offers complementary soba at the downstairs cafe in the evenings and coffee, ice-cream, and yogurts in the certain hours. The spa department is great with several pools, sauna, and an outdoor bathtube. The location is great, close to the railway staion and to the Chinatown with plenty of cafeterias.
The interior of hotel is charming and cozy. The staffs are welcoming and hospitable. They offer a shuttle stand by at all times for drop offs to and from the station.
I especially love the golden onsen and the private silver onsen in our room.
