This is a place I will definitely revisit and recommend to all my friends. They responded to our early check-in requests, as we arrived too early to avoid heavy traffic during the holiday season. The room is super clean, and the equipment is handy both indoors and outdoors. Netflix is even signed in with an account per unit. The first time I stayed there was pre-COVID, and the service level has been very well maintained and even feels better now.

Very helpful owners, who picked me up from the train station and dropped.me off again. Great location to get to Hakuba 47 ( the seventh heaven bus stop is out front). Very nice cosy cabin in the woods vibe, with a 7/11 and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend
We arrived and were lucky enough to get upgraded to a cabin lodge for part of our stay. Nao and the team were fantastic from start to finish. We were provided the most DELICIOUS 3 course breakfast every morning. Nao even lent my partner and I goggles for the snow which we forgot to hire. Nao made recommendations for the mountains/snow conditions each day and dinner recommendations. Upon check out we were dropped off to the bus station as well. We will definitely be back when we next come to Japan. Thank you Nao for an unforgettable stay!!
Our room was very comfortable, cosy and clean.
The common areas were very inviting with heated flooring which was lovely providing board games and lots of space. Hiring rentals through the lodge was also a bonus.

This accommodation is amazing. It's a gorgeous cabin style lodge with all amenities you could need. What made it even better was the amazing host - he met us onsite and showed us around the accommodation. He was very helpful over text if we needed anything and also helped us get a taxi organised when we were leaving.
Private, very cosy, was close enough yo everything wether walking or short bus/taxi.. the owners are absolutely amazing. Even a private onsen/bath you can book! They were so generous, hard working, happy to help getting us places or picking us up.. the cottage was perfect. Would stay again for sure!
Cosy and clean cottage space to our family. 2 story, 2 room which could comfortable sleep 4. Convenient parking. Extremely friendly staff although communications can be challenging at time. All inclusive with working heaters, fridge, kettle. Had to ask for utensils that were free but not automatically provided.
The whole experience exceeded our expectations, from the large and comfortable room to the cozy shared area, where we could relax and enjoy the fireplace.
The breakfast was delicious, everyday we tried something different.
And last but not least, the great customer service provided by Eric. Always available and helpful to provide information about the area.
Would definitely come back.
