This is one of the best B&Bs I have ever seen, if I could give 15 out of 10 I would. The property is beautiful and the owner is a great person.
You pick up the keys from Antonio at his Bakery Dolceria Modicana about 100 meters up the street . You get a message with these details.
Remember it is closed from 12 to 3pm . He will show you the property and then give you pastries from the shop and ice creams later in the day.
For breakfast he gives you another tray of pastries.
He does not speak English , but his 2 daughters work at the shop and they do.
Just a amazing place. About 15 min walk from the train station and 10 mins from the centre of town. Scicli is beautiful

The beautiful grounds of the villa, very well kept, the romantic lighting effects that are dazzling at night and the crystal-clear swimming pool. The photos don't do full justice to the size and beauty of this place.

Location location location! At the heart of the old town. Right opposite of the " Commisariato the Viggata". Very attentive and helpful host. We had to book it at the very last moment due to a problem with our original booking, but he reacted quickly and very efficiently. Nice and cosy apartment with all you need for your holiday. There are plenty of free parking spots nearby, just a few minutes walk. Many restaurants and coffees around. Nice terraces on both sides and one just above with a magnificent view and atmosphere.
We really enjoyed our stay at Casale del Coccio. The house is beautiful, a nicely renovated ancient building, with a sensitive extention. It is located in absolutely peaceful location, among other country houses, but you can hardly see them from the garden. There is a nice little garden with terrace and a swimming pool, all surrounded by a stone wall, so there is complete privacy. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The kitchen corner was very small in our appartment, but sufficient for a short stay.
Such a beautiful little appartment, quite unique and special, and very centrally situated. The hosts have gone to a lot of trouble to make a really cosy and inviting space out of the original stone building and even included a kitchen area. Scicli is a fantastic little town full of beautiful architecture and places to visit for such a small place. We loved our short stay there!
The best stay we had in all Sicily! Very cozy and big flat with beautiful private terrace and balcony. In the apartment you can find anything you need, even for cooking. The location is perfect, near to everything. The host sent all the needed information before our arrival. The reality is much better then the pictures provoded in Booking. We stayed there for two nights and didn't want to leave... Highly recommend to everyone!

Beautiful place! Amazing pool and outdoor area. We had the most beautiful apartment ever - spacious, cozy with private terrace, kitchen equipped with everything you need. Place is charming, quiet and relaxing, pet friendly :) It’s short drive to the beach and beautiful old cities around. Super friendly and helpful owner and staff. Best place to stay! :)
